8. PAYMENT AND BILLING TERMSPayment for Services will be made using a valid payment method accepted by the Company.The Customer acknowledges that all payments must comply with relevant laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) rules.

The Company reserves its rights to modify or withdraw any part of the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.Modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

10. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITYThe Services are provided 'as is', with all faults, and 'as available'.In no event will the Company be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from its obligations under this Agreement (including loss of profit).
